SHS Select provides a platform for users to search for, filter, and gather information about Senior High Schools in Ghana, their programmes, locations, and other relevant details. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use to aid in the school selection process.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service.

You must not misuse our Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site.

SHS Select is an informational tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the official Ghana Education Service (GES) or the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS). All final school selection decisions and processes must be made in accordance with GES guidelines and through official GES/CSSPS channels. We are not responsible for the outcome of any school application or placement decision, nor for any discrepancies between information on our Site and official sources. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information with official sources (e.g., GES, specific schools) before making any decisions or taking any actions based on the information found on this Service.

We do not guarantee that the information provided will always be current, complete, or error-free. The data on schools, programmes, and other details are often sourced from publicly available information and may not always reflect the most current status. It is your responsibility to verify any information with the respective schools or official sources before making any decisions.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own conduct while using the Service and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Service only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for making your own inquiries and for satisfying yourself as to the suitability of any school or programme found through the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
