Otumfuo Osei Tutu II College, formerly known as Tetrem Secondary School, has a rich history dating back to 1973 when an indigene donated structures for a private agric institution to train young unemployed individuals in effective agricultural practices. The school has since evolved to become a public Senior High School, offering a Double Track system to cater to the needs of its students. With a strong focus on academic excellence, the school strives to develop its students physically, mentally, and socially to contribute meaningfully to the socioeconomic development of the country.
